Request a quoteThe MUPT unit separates feedstock in three stages: an evaporator with thermal-oil heating, followed by columns K1 (180 °C, gasoline fraction), K2 (250 °C, kerosene and white spirit) and K3 (300 °C, diesel fuel). The residue is fuel oil (mazut) and dark products. Capacity from 50 m³/day per module, power consumption about 45 kW, operated by two people per shift. The process scheme is selected based on laboratory analysis of the feedstock.

Since 2005 we have completed more than 20 projects: mini refineries in Makhachkala, Yakutsk, Novokuznetsk, Chelyabinsk, Surgut and Fergana; oil metering stations and commissioning at the Novoshakhtinsk Petroleum Products Plant; electrical equipment testing for Svyaztransneft; process automation projects for chemical plants. The 150 m³/day unit in Fergana (Uzbekistan) has been in operation since 2021.

Yes. Our 150 m³/day unit in Fergana (Uzbekistan) has been operating since 2021. We supply equipment outside Russia and adapt the process scheme and documentation to the requirements of the customer's site.
We have our own electrical testing laboratory, the equipment is supplied with a full set of permits and compliance documentation, and the measuring instruments of metering stations are verified by accredited organisations. The document package for a specific project is provided on request.
